What is included in the price for motorcyclists?
10 days motorbike hire and an allowance of 50 litres of fuel
What to bring
The simple answer is not much
You need
A driving Licence (not necessarily the same as a bike licence)
Recommended
Your own Helmet ( We can supply helmets if requested, in Nepal the quality is not
European standard and for some reasons their heads seem to be smaller) Sunglasses
wrap rounds are best
What you don't need
Stacks of clothing (think of a hot UK summers day)
Leathers we don't go at racing speed and you will be very uncomfortable in the heat
Are the dates flexible?
Yes you can add days in Nepal or India to suit your group
Do I have to be an experienced Rider and if I am not what
would you recommend?
No we ride on Tarmac as a group but you do not have to Ride an Royal Enfield there
are other motorbikes available with a standard Japanese layout
Do I have to be with the group at all times?
No, you can explore on the bike if you wish you will have use of the bike after the
days activities or go in small groups its up to you

Arrive in Katmandu and met at airport
Met at the airport by myself and taken to your Hotel a
short briefing followed by Nepali food and Cultural Dance Show

Mon
Sightseeing Pashupatinath/Boudanath
10am – 4pm Pashupatinath Hindu Temple Complex, Boudanath
Stupa the largest in Nepal

Tue
Leave Kathmandu/Pick up motorbikes
Spectacular views emerging from Kathmandu of Nepal with
mountains on one side and an emerald green river on the other.  
Short instruction on Royal Enfields over Lunch then ride along the
 Highway to Pokhara Lakeside (2-3 hours)

Lakeside Area at Pokhara
Riding around Pokhara and visiting Sarankot to view the stunning
Annapurna Mountain range of the Himalayas

Thu
Full days rafting
Picked up and taken for a full day having lunch on the riverside
before returning to Pokhara at night

Fri
Ride along the Baglung Highway
(5 hours) This Highway runs North from Pokhara we will ride up
to a height of about 3000ft giving stunning views

Microlite Flight / Tandam Parasending
You have the choice of which activity you wish to take part in.
Alternatively you can visit a local school or Tibetan Refugee Camp

Ride to Lumbini birthplace of Buddha
This is the longest single ride we will do about (6-7 hours)
heading  South from Pokhara along my favourite road in Nepal  
riding along high valleys following the river

Ride to Chitwan NP/bath Elephants
About 4 hours ride from Lumbini arriving in time to Bath the
Elephants returning from that days Safari

Elephant Safari/Canoe ride
Entering the National Park on the back of an Elephant looking for
Rhino and Tigers followed by a dug out canoe trip

Visit the Elephant Breeding Centre &
20,000 lakes
Riding around the Chitwan Area and 20,000 lakes for
a relaxing day

Thu
Ride back to Kathmandu
Ride to Kathmandu about 4 hours and return the
motorbikes

Sightseeing Patan /Monkey Temple
Patan  Durbar Square and Golden Temple in the morning
followed by a  trip to the Monkey Temple for views over the
Kathmandu Valley

Depart from Nepal
A free day for shopping and getting those last minute souvenirs
and bargains

The only thing not included is your flight to Nepal
What to bring
The simple answer is not much you are no more than 4 days from a laundry
You need
A pair of comfortable walking shoes and a reasonable level of fitness if you have
done a bit of trekking in your own country thats fine
Recommended
Plenty of torches and batteries the electricity supply  can be erratic and a pair of
sunglasses and insect repellent which you can buy here

No anybody from 8 to 80 goes on this trek it can be challenging in places but
mostly done at an easy pace
