Who would benefit from this course?
Everybody can benefit from this course in different ways.
Students
Many students who are doing different courses abroad
supplement their income by working part time in Hotels,
Restaurants, Bars or Coffee Shops.
It is a legal requirement in
many countries to have a Food Hygiene Certificate to work in
any
establishment
where food is made or prepared.
By having the certificate you can greatly increase your chances of
employment.  (The cost of the course in the UK is about 40,000 Rs
per student).  
Everybody Else  
The course teaches you how to prepare food safely not only in the
hospitality industry but also at home.  Learning how to prepare
cook and store food hygienically keeps your family safe. The
correct storage of food prevents wastage, saves time and money
Do I need to take both parts of the course?
No you can choose to do one part or both parts whichever suits
your needs
The course consists of 5 modules Each of these modules takes 4
hours to complete this gives a total duration of 20 hours theory

This course will give the student the necessary skills and
qualification to improve their chance of employment not only
abroad but also in Nepal   

The course has been devised and will be run by Mr Clark who has
been authorized by the UK Food Standards Agency to teach the
syllabus.

The course is in English so to take part you will need a reasonable
level of spoken English

A certificate will be awarded to successful students showing the
full course syllabus they have completed for any potential
employers

The Certificate will cover the food service industries in any
country in the world

Practical Cooking Course
Syllabus
The practical cooking course will teach you how to make some
simple Italian and Mexican dishes which are quick, healthy and
inexpensive. You will also learn how to make Tasty Desserts,
Bread, Pizza, Cookies and Cakes at home.
The course consists of 5 four hour Lessons a total of 20 hours.

Who will teach the cooking course?
Mr Michael Clark will teach the Italian section of the course
The baking section of the Practical Cooking Course will be held  
under the instruction of a Nepali Master Baker
A certificate will be awarded to successful students for the
Practical Cooking Course showing the full course syllabus
